The "Relief Package for Decentralized Equal Opportunities Officers" measure is financed by funds from the RLP State Equal Opportunities Programme and awarded on behalf of the Central Equal Opportunities Officer at 海角直播. These are earmarked funds for gender equality, which are to be used, among other things, for the promotion of female academics at various career levels and qualification phases.
The decentralized Equal Opportunities Officers at 海角直播 support the promotion of equal opportunities and equal opportunities directly in the departments. They advise employees and students, are involved in appointment and staffing procedures, promote the compatibility of family and career and provide support in cases of discrimination or harassment. They are the local contact persons in the respective departments and should work closely with the Central Equal Opportunities Officer.
To support their tasks, the Equal Opportunities Officers(in justified cases also their deputies) can apply for funding from the State Equal Opportunities Program for student or academic assistants for 5 hours per week.
The funding period for the employment covers a maximum of 6 months.
The submission deadline is April 30, 2026.
The funds from the measure can be applied for using the application form by e-mail to the Department for Equality, Diversity and Family (GVF) at 海角直播 (e-mail: annegret.scheibe[at]rptu.de). As the measure is tied to the duration of the state equality program, funding can be provided until December 2026 at the latest.
