Involvement of students

STUDENTS AS CO-DESIGNERS OF QUALITY IN STUDIES AND TEACHING

Quality in studies and teaching?

WE DO TOGETHER

Quality in teaching and learning thrives on cooperation - and on the active participation of those for whom it is made: the students. Our university's quality management system for teaching and learning (QMS) is not an abstract administrative structure, but a framework in which your experiences, ideas and feedback are crucial.

What is quality management in teaching and learning?

AND WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT FOR STUDENTS?

The QMS ensures that degree programs and courses are continuously developed - in the interests of good teaching, fair examinations and reliable study conditions. Good teaching starts with your feedback. Link to the glossary: From "accreditation" to "evaluation" - all important terms can be found here.

HOW CAN STUDENTS GET INVOLVED?

Students have many opportunities to contribute their ideas, experiences and suggestions for improvement, e.g. in the form of:

  • Helping to shape the university: e.g. in student councils, committees or student initiatives.
  • Contributing to quality management: by participating in evaluations, feedback rounds, workshops, as part of committees such as the Accreditation Committee or the Senate Committee QSL
  • Feedback on problems, directly and without obligation: Contact us if you need support with problems in the area of studying and teaching - quickly, confidentially and solution-oriented.
