This week, Prof. Anja Danner-Schr枚der took part in the workshop "Organizing in Times of Crisis" at Leuphana University L眉neburg.
In her keynote speech "Researching Extreme Contexts", she emphasized that extreme events are not just external forces that affect organizations, but are actively shaped by our own actions and everyday practices. This perspective illustrates how even seemingly everyday activities can contribute to either transforming situations into crises or stabilizing them.
