The Center for Interdisciplinary Disaster Research is an association of research groups in the field of disaster research at 海角直播 Kaiserslautern-Landau. The aim is to utilize the potential of interdisciplinary research between technology, economics and education. Our specific expertise covers the following areas:

1st CIDR Talk with Prof. Dr. Nina Stark
One of CIDR's aims is to intensify the exchange between researchers and between research and practice. For this reason, a series of events entitled "CIDR Talks" is being launched. The first event in this series will take place on 31.10.24. from the University of Florida (USA) will give a lecture entitled "Soil instability from flood and storm events - an often overlooked risk", thus addressing a highly topical issue.
The event is organized by the of Prof. Dr. Robert J眉pner.
