Review: Lecture at the final conference of the GlobalTip funding line in Frankfurt am Main
On July 1 and 2, 2025, the final conference of the "Tipping points, dynamics and interactions of social and ecological systems (GlobalTip)" funding line of the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space took place in Frankfurt am Main. Members of the six funded joint projects presented their results and exchanged views on tipping points. The Scientific Director of the Peace Academy, Prof. Dr. Janpeter Schilling, together with Dr. Anne-Katrin Broocks from the Free University of Berlin and Miguel Villavicencio from the non-governmental organization Otrxs Bolivia, gave a presentation on "Socioecological Thresholds in the Southwestern Amazon: Navi-gating Knowledge, Tipping Points, and Transformation".
