Successful movie night in Landau - over 100 guests at the documentary "The Westwall - History of a Border"

Around 110 guests attended the film evening of the documentary "Der Westwall - Geschichte einer Grenze" by SWR filmmaker Manfred Ladwig.

On Thursday, October 17, 2019, the Peace Academy RLP and the Protestant Academy of the Palatinate attended the successful documentary "Der Westwall-Geschichte einer Grenze" by SWR filmmaker Manfred Ladwig at the Universum cinema in Landau with around 110 guests. Afterwards, there was a lively and exciting discussion about the fascination of the Siegfried Line and the associated difficulties in dealing with the large-scale Nazi installation to this day. The guests were Manfred Ladwig (left), Patrice Wijnands from Vewa e.V. (center) and Bernhard Kukatzki, Director of the State Center for Political Education RLP. It was a successful evening!
