Digital event "Shared Societies in Times of a Crisis: Lessons from the experience of Covid-19 in five countries"
As part of this year's Expert School Shared Society, the teams from the program countries Germany, Israel, North Macedonia, Northern Ireland and Belgium gave insights into the current situation in their respective countries in public lectures on November 11, 2020.
The speakers discussed the question of how the pandemic is affecting existing socio-political conflicts in their divided and polarized societies and also discussed how the concept of "Shared Societies" could help to constructively address current challenges facing their respective societies.
