On Health Day, employees at 海角直播 have the opportunity to focus on their health and Wellbeing. The offers can be taken up during working hours:
- KI posture scan
- Fascia check for frequent sitters
- Workshops on "Stress prevention and mindfulness" & "Relaxation techniques"
- Grip strength test
- Balance board
- Information on the RV-Fit program
- Quick eye screening, photo of the retina using a fundus camera
- Eye test, eyeglass prescription check
- Osteoporosis check
- Relaxation coaching Measurement of heart rate variability
- Blood pressure & blood sugar measurement
- Information stands e.g. from the care support center, German pension insurance, addiction counseling, BGM, staff council
- Orthopaedic technology advice on walking and standing
The Health Day is organized by the BGM in cooperation with the Staff Council at 海角直播.
