Open and constructive communication with superiors is essential for successful collaboration and personal development. This workshop is aimed specifically at employees who want to learn how to assert themselves clearly and confidently in their dealings with managers, express their opinions and convey constructive criticism in an appreciative manner - even in challenging situations.

Participants learn how to present their concerns in a targeted and respectful manner, how to prepare for feedback meetings in the best possible way and how to respond confidently to difficult or negative reactions from managers. The focus is on strengthening their own self-confidence and developing communication strategies that promote both clarity and professionalism.

Specific topics:
- Asserting yourself in front of superiors: clarifying your own position, acting confidently and setting boundaries
- Expressing appreciative criticism: Constructive discussion without fear of negative consequences
- Dealing professionally with reactions: Strategies for dealing with resistance, rejection or misunderstandings
- Preparing feedback discussions: Structuring your own concerns and presenting them in a goal-oriented way
- Strengthening communication techniques: using first-person messages, clear language and active listening
- Overcoming inner barriers: Building self-confidence and reducing fear of conflict or rejection

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to express their opinions confidently and clearly, offer constructive criticism as equals and deal with negative reactions with confidence - an important step towards more self-determination and an open communication culture.
