Objective
Mistakes are unavoidable - what matters is how we deal with them. In this seminar, managers and employees learn how to use mistakes as valuable learning opportunities, deal with them constructively and create an open, trusting culture within the company. In the seminar "Healthy error culture - failure as an opportunity", participants work on typical situations from their day-to-day work in a practical way. They reflect on their own experiences of failure, practice dealing constructively with setbacks in role plays and learn how to conduct feedback discussions in an appreciative and solution-oriented manner. Through interactive methods such as group exercises, case studies and short impulses, participants will experience how open error communication promotes innovation, reduces fears and strengthens teams. In addition, participants develop concrete guidelines for their own teams to establish a sustainable culture of error that increases motivation and cohesion.
