Being in a leadership role means dealing with numerous issues, having to meet different wishes and requirements, keeping an overview and not losing sight of self-care. This is not always easy and poses major challenges for most managers.

They ask themselves questions such as: What is fair? Who do I treat how? How do I criticize constructively? How do I deal with difficult situations? And how do I make sure that I don't burn out and still enjoy my work?

You can work on these questions in a personal session in a virtual coaching session. Together with your coach, you will find coherent solutions and develop ideas for your individual issues.

Fadja Ehlail has been working as a coach with managers in science and business for 15 years. She works in a solution-oriented and holistic manner in coordination with you and your concerns. Before becoming self-employed, she held a management position in the public sector and is familiar with the university environment.

The coaching sessions are conducted virtually via ZOOM.
