Start of the award procedure for the hazardous substances directory
The invitation to tender for the hazardous substances directory has been published on the federal portal for digital administration and on the DTVP procurement marketplace.
Interested software providers can submit a bid. Negotiations are scheduled for the beginning of December 2022 and will be conducted by the client, the project management and a representative from the RHRK and HA1.
The introduction of a binding, centralized and electronic register of hazardous substances at the university is intended to ensure compliance with legal requirements. The aim of the register is to ensure the safe handling of hazardous substances, the timely processing of official inquiries and communication to employees.
