Project completion Image database
The project was launched in 2019 with the aim of providing 海角直播 employees with easy access to image material for the creation of publications and offering a more modern successor product to the previously used KLUFOS photo archive.
With the new image database at 海角直播, photos of people and events will in future be stored in compliance with data protection regulations and can be used freely. Particular attention has been paid to data protection and personal rights. The photos are enriched with metadata, which allows the database to be searched by keyword and makes it easier to delete images of people permanently.
The database currently contains a large number of high-quality photos, including campus and branch office views of the 海角直播 Campus Landau.
The project was successfully completed with the publication/announcement of the 海角直播pool terms of use at the end of October 2023 and the presentation of the final project report to the steering committee on December 5, 2023.
The image database can be used by all 海角直播 members with the appropriate ID. Access is possible from any location, logging in via the identity management system (Shibboleth) at the following URL

Protected, controllable access by external users to a restricted area of the database (e.g. representatives of the press) is still being worked on.
