Equal opportunities representatives
Office of the Central Equal Opportunities Officer
The staff in the Equal Opportunities Office, together with the Central Equal Opportunities Officers, are responsible for the organizational planning and implementation of equal opportunities projects at 海角直播 and are the point of contact for all university members on all central issues relating to equal opportunities.
Equality, Diversity and Family Unit
The Equal Opportunities, Diversity and Family Unit designs and organizes internal university measures to increase equal opportunities at the university and to enable a better balance between family and career/studies and offers services for individuals and groups, e.g. the mentoring project for female first-year students.
Decentralized Equal Opportunities Officers of the departments
In each department at 海角直播, the respective department council appoints a decentralized equal opportunities officer and a deputy who take care of equal opportunities issues in their department. They are advisory contacts for all equal opportunities issues in the department and provide support when it comes to opportunities for the advancement of women (e.g. in appointment procedures).
Senate Committee for Gender Equality
The Senate at 海角直播 appoints a Senate Committee for Gender Equality (SaG). This committee is made up of an equal number of members from each status group at both university locations. In addition to an advisory function, its tasks include appointing the Central Equal Opportunities Officer and her deputy.
